November 8, 2019 the International Court of Justice will deliver its order on Russia’s preliminary objections in the case on the interpretation and application of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination instituted by Ukraine.

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Olena Zerkal (agent of Ukraine) will lead the Ukrainian delegation.
