On October 17, 2012 Special Representative of Ukraine for Middle East and Africa Yevhen Mykytenko received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Egypt to Ukraine Osama Tawfik Badr on his request.

During the meeting the development of Ukraine-Egypt cooperation, exchange of high-level visits between the two countries and the latest developments in the Middle East were discussed.
