Mr. Kostyantyn Gryshchenko, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, received Mr. Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amankeldy Zhumabayev on the occasion of completion of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine.

During this meeting the parties discussed the most urgent issues of bilateral relations in the context of fulfilment of the agreements reached in the course of official visits of the President of Ukraine to Kazakhstan and the President of Kazakhstan to Ukraine in 2010.

Taking into account the forthcoming OSCE chairmanship of Ukraine in 2013, an agreement was reached to hold political consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs to study Kazakhstan’s experience of chairmanship in this international organization.

The Ambassador expressed his gratitude to senior officials of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine for productive cooperation during his seven years tenure in Ukraine.

In his turn, Kostyantyn Gryshchenko congratulated Amankeldy Zhumabayev with the appointment as Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and wished further successes in his career.
