Topical issues and prospects of bilateral relations, as well as the main directions of further development of political dialogue, and trade and economic cooperation between the two states were discussed during the meeting. Special attention was paid to future visits of Minister for Foreign Affairs, the OSCE Charperson-in-Officce Leonid Kozhara to Central Asian countries, including the Republic of Uzbekistan, in April, 2013.

In the framework of developing cooperation between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the two states, the sides have reached agreement to hold political consultations in the nearest future and prepare an Action plan between the MFA of Ukraine and the MFA of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013.
