Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Had a fruitful exchange with my Swiss colleague Ignazio Cassis, who is also currently the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
I informed about the current status of peace efforts, the battlefield situation, and Russia’s recent brutal strikes against Ukraine that killed and injured civilians.
I underscored the importance of OSCE’s mechanisms to ensure accountability for Russian crimes.
We also discussed our bilateral track. Grateful for Switzerland’s steadfast support since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
The recent decision to allocate the CHF 32 million contribution to strengthen our energy resilience was of high significance and greatly supported Ukraine during the past challenging winter.
Looking forward to continued close cooperation with Switzerland".
