Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "The world should judge Russia’s intentions by the missiles and drones it launches, not the promises it makes. 

Since last evening, Russia has unleashed another wave of attacks across Ukraine, striking residential areas, businesses, and civilian infrastructure. 

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, at least 3 people were killed and 3 injured. In Kirovohrad region, at least 3 were killed and 6 injured. In Lutsk, at least 6 people were killed and 13 were injured, including a child. In Odesa region, a Russian jet-powered Shahed drone struck an ordinary store. The full extent of the damage and possible injuries is still being assessed. 

These attacks expose the reality behind Moscow’s manipulative rhetoric. 

Russia must face consequences for every attack, not concessions for every promise. Moscow must never be allowed to conclude that killing Ukrainian civilians strengthens its position. 

We urge our partners to act with the urgency these attacks demand: deliver additional air defense systems and interceptors, strengthen sanctions and close the gaps in their enforcement, and move forward with the full use of frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine. 

Russia must pay for Ukraine’s defence against its attacks and for the destruction it causes, rather than expect others to bear the cost of its aggression".
