Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Yesterday evening, Russia attacked a hospital in Kherson, injuring five patients and three medical personnel. This is a war crime, part of Russia's deliberate campaign to target hospitals.
We recently visited Kherson with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Kęstutis Budrys and saw underground maternity wards and schools, as well as medics mounting electronic warfare units on top of first aid vehicles to protect them from Russian strikes.
This is the terrible daily reality for people in Kherson and throughout Ukraine.
Moscow showns no willingness to put an end to the killings and seek a diplomatic solution.
We must send the right signals to the aggressor by strengthening Ukraine’s capabilities and increasing pressure on Russia. This is the only way to force Moscow to end the war."
