Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I spoke with my French colleague and friend Jean-Noël Barrot to congratulate France on assuming the G7 Presidency. We highlighted the pivotal role of the G7 in mobilizing broad international support for Ukraine.

I briefed my colleague on the frontline situation and the devastating impact of Russia’s terror against civilians.

I thanked France for its leadership in strengthening our defence and advancing efforts toward a just and lasting peace, including the upcoming leaders’ summit of the Coalition of the Willing in Paris on January 6."
