Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I had a fruitful first call with my Bolivian colleague Fernando Aramayo.
We agreed to revitalize our bilateral relations and fill a new chapter with more active political dialogue, mutually beneficial economic cooperation, and stronger coordination in multilateral fora, based on shared democratic values, mutual respect, and adherence to international law.
I thanked my colleague for Bolivia’s solidarity with Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. I also briefed him on Ukraine’s vision for achieving a lasting peace and on the situation in our energy system, heavily damaged by massive Russian strikes this winter.
We committed to advancing practical cooperation at various levels, including within the UN, and to deepening the Ukraine–Bolivia partnership. I invited my colleague to visit Kyiv."
