The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is commencing work on joining the state service for promoting Ukrainian business in foreign markets and will conclude its cooperation with the "Nazovni" platform team as of April 1, 2026.

Foreign diplomatic missions will ensure the completion of processing for all current exporter applications submitted through the "Nazovni" platform, as well as those applications received by the end of March. We request users who have submitted inquiries via the platform to maintain communication using the contact details provided in their applications.

With the aim of coordinating support instruments, enhancing the efficiency of interaction with exporting enterprises, and ensuring a unified logic for business support in foreign markets, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will, in the near future, proceed to the next stage of developing digital services for business in cooperation with the State Institution "Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office."

Information regarding new communication channels and the procedure for submitting exporter inquiries will be further announced shortly to ensure the continuity of support for Ukrainian business.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs extends its gratitude to the "Nazovni" platform team for their joint work and practical contribution to the development of communication channels between business and the system of foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine, the systematization of practices for providing consultations and supporting entrepreneurs in entering foreign markets, as well as the presentation of Ukrainian brands abroad.

The "Nazovni" platform has successfully fulfilled its objectives and realized its mission, becoming a significant stage in the establishment of modern economic diplomacy instruments and providing a new impetus to the promotion of Ukrainian exports.

Key results over four years of operation with "Nazovni":

• 3071 companies registered on the platform;
• Foreign diplomatic missions processed 12050 exporter applications;
• More than 500 companies participated in 100+ exhibition events on preferential terms;
• Over 600 contracts, ranging from 13000 to 2.5 million euros, were concluded following the processing of applications for market opening and partner search.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reaffirms its steadfast readiness to assist Ukrainian companies in seeking opportunities abroad, developing partnerships, and promoting exports, and will continue to welcome public initiatives aimed at promoting Ukrainian exports.
