Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha:  "Had a very substantive and warm call with my Croatian colleague and friend Gordan Grlić Radman. 

I briefed about the consequences of the recent Russian strike on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, the emergency situation in Ukraine with electricity, heating and water. Russia deliberately uses the difficult weather conditions in its terror.  

We discussed the most urgent Ukrainian needs, first of all to stabilize the energy and humanitarian situation in Ukraine. Thanked Gordan and Croatia for constant support. 

We also agreed on nearest diplomatic contacts, both at the bilateral dimension, in particular at the highest level, as well as multilateral, including the Ukraine – Southeast Europe format."
