On July 23, 2024 First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Ukraine Mustafa Levent Bilgen.

The First Deputy Minister expressed his gratitude to Türkiye for its solid support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Special attention was paid to strengthening cooperation in the investment, energy and economic spheres, in particular in the context of the Free Trade Agreement.

There was an exchange of views regarding the organization of bilateral events in the near future.

The Sides discussed the implementation of the Peace Formula of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and further steps following the results of the Global Peace Summit held on June 15-16, 2024, in Switzerland.

The issue of the security situation in the Black Sea region also has been raised.
