Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Today in The Hague, the international city of Peace and Justice, I held important talks with minister David van Weel. 

Grateful to the Netherlands for its leadership in supporting Ukraine – from essential contributions to the PURL initiative, which strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities, to its unwavering role in advancing international efforts to hold the aggressor accountable, including through the establishment of the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine and the International Claims Commission for Ukraine. 

We discussed peace efforts, particularly recent Berlin talks, the urgency of the Reparations Loan decision, Ukraine’s EU integration, energy support this winter, as well as the need to keep the issue of the forcibly deported Ukrainian children high on the international agenda.

I expressed gratitude to the Netherlands for standing with Ukraine and for its steadfast leadership."
