On Monday, 25 May, at the invitation of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, more than 70 heads and representatives of foreign diplomatic missions visited the sites of the Russian terrorist strikes on the capital and honoured the memory of the victims of this shelling.

Andrii Sybiha noted that Ukraine has a clear understanding and instructions on how to act with partners in order to attract additional assistance and additional missiles. Moscow must know that it will receive a tough and mirrored response to terror.

"Russia must understand that this attack will not go unnoticed. We call upon the international community for strong reactions. Clear signals are needed to Moscow that we are united, that we will respond firmly, that Ukraine will receive additional air defence packages and missiles, and that Ukraine will definitely be a member of the EU," Andrii Sybiha emphasized.

According to him, at the sites of the strikes, we clearly see how the enemy responds to the peace efforts of Ukraine and its allies; therefore, increased pressure on Moscow is necessary.

Andrii Sybiha, together with foreign diplomats, expressed deep gratitude to the State Emergency Service (SES) and to all the hero-rescuers for saving lives and their tireless work at the sites of the Russian strikes.

The Minister expressed his gratitude to the partners for their assistance in overcoming their consequences, for defence and other types of support, as well as to every foreign diplomat who visited the strike sites today, and to all foreign diplomatic missions operating in Ukraine during the time of war.
