Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Russia has carried out another horrific attack on civilians in Kramatorsk, dropping an aerial bomb on two passenger minibuses. At least 30 people have been killed and 18 injured. Some of the victims cannot yet be identified because of the severity of their injuries.
This is the true face of Russia's bloody regime. Unable to achieve its objectives on the battlefield, Moscow is intensifying its terror against civilians. Putin and his regime have no intention of stopping the killing. On the contrary, they are escalating it, turning ordinary civilian life into a target for Russian bombs.
We cannot afford a world that grows accustomed to such crimes.
We need strong responses and decisions to stop this terror. More air defense, greater pressure on Russia, and decisive steps to deprive Moscow of the resources and capabilities to continue its aggression. The cost of this war for Russia must become unbearable".
