We also honor the legacy of Senator Lindsey Graham, whose name now stands with this vital effort to defend freedom and strengthen peace.

It is time for all partners to follow up with further sanctions: a full embargo, full entry bans for Russian combatants, full restrictions on the shadow fleet, and full blocking sanctions against Russia's military-industrial complex.
