On February 17 Deputy Minister Yehor Bozhok met with US Senate representatives. The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of the Ukrainian-American dialogue, in particular in the security sphere.

The Ukrainian side expressed gratitude for the strong support, in particular for the substantial defense assistance provided to our country's Armed Forces.

Representatives of the US Senate noted the firm and unwavering bipartisan position in supporting Ukraine`s territorial integrity and sovereignty. The efforts were praised to implement a number of important reforms in Ukraine, in particular in the area of combating corruption, restarting the law enforcement system and in the sphere of reforming national defense industry.
