On February 18 Deputy Minister Yehor Bozhok met with Acting Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights, Coordinator for Counterterrorism, Ambassador Nathan A. Sales.

During the meeting the parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the area of counter-terrorism, stressed the importance of intensification of cooperation within the framework of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS and emphasized the necessity to further deepen the Ukraine-US dialogue in security sphere.

The US Side reiterated its steadfast position on firm support of Ukraine in its fight against external aggression.
