On October 26, 2021, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine (CDTO) Dmytro Senik held a meeting with the Minister of Agriculture of Jordan Khaled Al-Hnaifat during his visit to the Kingdom.

Dmytro Senik stressed the considerable potential of Ukraine in the agro-industrial sector and expressed the hope for increased interaction with Jordan in the field of agriculture.

The interlocutors discussed in detail the bilateral cooperation in the agricultural sphere and outlined prospects of its enhancing, in particular opening new markets for Ukrainian food products and Ukraine's participation in strengthening Jordan's food security.
