On October 26, 2021, during his visit to Jordan Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine (CDTO) Dmytro Senik conducted a meeting with the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship of Jordan Ahmad Al-Hanandeh.

The sides discussed achievements of the Ukrainian and Jordanian governments in the digital transformation, in particular in the context of ensuring online access to public and educational services in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dmytro Senik paid a special attention to the potential of the Ukrainian IT sector in the sphere of development of software and applications as well as training of IT specialists, including for the needs of foreign markets.

The Ukrainian diplomat expressed the readiness to assist in intensifying contacts between representatives of the IT sphere of Ukraine and Jordan, in particular through mechanisms of the Exporters and Investors Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
