The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba held talks with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia Eva-Maria Liimets during the NATO North Atlantic Council in Riga.

The Minister informed his Estonian counterpart in detail about the situation in the temporarily occupied territories and along the Ukrainian border amid a growing Russian military presence. The foreign ministers agreed jointly oppose Russia's aggressive actions against Ukraine and the Baltic-Black Sea region.

Ukraine has secured further support from Estonia at the bilateral and multilateral levels within NATO in mobilizing international pressure to deter Russia from escalating the conflict and restoring the territorial integrity of our country.

Dmytro Kuleba thanked the Estonian side for the comprehensive humanitarian, financial and technical support of Ukraine.

The Estonian Minister assured her Ukrainian counterpart that Estonia was ready to continue supporting Ukraine's integration into the EU and NATO.

The parties also discussed prospects for further bilateral cooperation, in particular in the field of defence and countering hybrid threats.
