Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba met with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov on the sidelines of the 28th meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Stockholm.

Both ministers agreed to give a new impetus to the political dialogue between Ukraine and Azerbaijan in 2022. In particular, they discussed the organization of an official visit to Ukraine by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, exchange of visits of foreign ministers.

Special attention was paid to the implementation of large-scale projects in the fields of energy and infrastructure.

Dmytro Kuleba and Jeyhun Bayramov exchanged views on a number of issues on the regional and international agenda, as well as on the security situation in the region. They reaffirmed continued mutual support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of both Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
