On February 14, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariana Betsa had a telephone call with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guatemala Monica Renata Bolaños Perez.

Mariana Betsa thanked the Guatemalan side for supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, stressing the high dynamics of political dialogue between our countries at all levels.

The parties discussed ways of deepening cooperation between the two countries.

On the eve of the third anniversary of the large-scale Russian invasion against Ukraine, the interlocutors paid special attention to the coordination of interaction between Ukraine and Guatemala within the framework of international organizations to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace.
