On September 18, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariana Betsa held phone talks with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Employment of Sri Lanka Arun Hemachandra.

The parties discussed cooperation within international organizations and paid special attention to the events of the High-Level Week of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.

The interlocutors agreed to further strengthen the partnership and develop mutually beneficial cooperation between Ukraine and Sri Lanka.
