On October 30, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariana Betsa held a meeting with the representatives of the U.S. expert community.
During the conversation, Mariana Betsa described Ukraine's strategy aimed at achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace, outlined the vision of the Peace Formula of the President of Ukraine and the key elements of the Victory Plan, emphasizing the importance of the decision to invite Ukraine to NATO.
The sides discussed ways to restore justice and bring the aggressor state to justice for the crimes committed by Russia.
The interlocutors also paid special attention to Ukraine's diplomatic efforts to counter Russian narratives using the tools of public diplomacy and communication.
Deputy Minister expressed gratitude for the support for Ukraine to the members of the delegation, the representatives of the McCain Institute, U.S. Institute of Peace, National Endowment for Democracy, and the Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies of the Cornell University among them.
