Ukraine joins New Zealand and the international community in commemorating the victims of a terrorist act, which claimed lives of 51 people and left 49 injured in two mosques of Christchurch, New Zealand on March 15, 2019.
The Government of Ukraine was among the first to strongly condemn this horrible act of terror and express solidarity with New Zealand. Ukraine remains committed to the global efforts at prevention of any manifestation of extremism and xenophobia.
There should be no place for racial or religious intolerance in the modern world.
Today, we extend our sympathy to the families of the victims and people of New Zealand.
