Due to COVID-19 outbreak, Ukraine closes for two weeks all entrance for foreigners and apatrids following the March 13th National Security and Defence Council decision on protective measures.
Measures will enter into force at 12 a.m. on March 16th (midnight from Sunday, March 15th to Monday, March 16th) and will last for two weeks, until 12 a.m. April 3rd (Kyiv time). They may be prolonged or cancelled after the end of this period, depending on the situation with the global spread of COVID-19.
Foreign citizens who have Ukraine residence permits (temporary or permanent) will be allowed to enter.
Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also reserves a right to permit entry for accredited employees of foreign diplomatic and consular missions, missions of international organizations and others.
