On September 12, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mykola Tochytskyi took part in the 62nd meeting of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM Council of National Coordinators.

Deputy Minister informed the participants about Russia's ongoing military aggression against Ukraine and war crimes of the aggressor state.

Mykola Tochytskyi expressed gratitude for humanitarian assistance provided by the GUAM Member States to Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens from the beginning of the Russia’s full-scale military invasion.

Deputy Minister informed about Ukraine's efforts aimed at restoring a just and lasting peace, in particular about the Peace Formula initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and called to join the implementation of its points.

The Sides discussed the issue of strengthening the coordination of the GUAM Member States positions within the framework of international organizations. Mykola Tochytskyi called to support Ukraine's initiatives during the 78th session of the UN General Assembly.

National Coordinators paid special attention to the perspectives of the GUAM Transport Corridor development in cooperation with the European Union.
