Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I had a meaningful meeting with Minister for Foreign Affairs of Switzerland Ignazio Cassis on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. I am grateful to my Swiss colleague for confirming that Ukraine will be a central priority for Switzerland’s upcoming OSCE Chairpersonship in 2026. We focused on further joint efforts to bring a just peace closer and restore security in Europe.  We also discussed concrete steps to advance our bilateral cooperation in various areas.   I appreciate Switzerland’s steadfast support for Ukraine, particularly its contributions to humanitarian aid and reconstruction."
