The parties reaffirmed their commitment to further developing the Ukrainian–Slovak partnership. Discussions focused on supporting Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, advancing Ukraine's EU accession negotiations, including the opening of the remaining negotiating clusters, and drawing on Slovakia's experience of European integration.

The Ukrainian side welcomed Slovakia's decision to join the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children. Olexandr Mischenko also expressed gratitude for Slovakia's energy assistance to Ukraine, particularly the provision of generators, as well as the support provided to Ukraine's frontline regions by Slovak civil society and charitable organisations.

Particular attention was paid to cooperation within the framework of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM, including the development of a regional transport corridor, the establishment of a free trade area, and improvements to the Organization's institutional functioning. The parties also explored prospects for cooperation in education.

Olexandr Mischenko thanked Azerbaijan for its assistance to Ukraine amid Russia's ongoing aggression, which has amounted to approximately USD 50 million.
