On 19 June, First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha met with the Polish delegation headed by Paweł Kowal, the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Sejm and the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland.
During the meeting, the Parties discussed defence, security and financial needs of Ukraine, the European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations of our state, as well as other issues of the Ukrainian-Polish agenda.
As a follow up to the Ukraine Recovery Conference, which was held in Berlin on 11-12 June 2024, the Parties exchanged views on involving the Polish business and investment in rebuilding of Ukraine, the infrastructure and cross-border projects development, and ensuring the security of Ukraine's critical infrastructure.
The First Deputy Minister also commended the activities of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, with the support of which the Third Forum for the Reconstruction of Ukraine - PAIH ‘Integration - Economy – Partnership’ is taking place in Kyiv these days.
