Our goal is to move from simple trade to the creation of joint resource chains and the export of innovative technologies that will ensure the sustainable development of both regions. In this context, strengthening systematic work in African countries plays a strategic role," Minister Andrii Sybiha emphasized.
The participants identified a list of priority countries on the African continent (the Maghreb region and Sub-Saharan Africa), as well as states, international organizations, regional associations, and financial mechanisms that can be utilized to promote Ukraine's interests on the African continent.
Based on the results of the meeting, the participants approved a draft action plan for the implementation of the adopted decisions and recommended submitting it to the Cabinet of Ministers for consideration. Subsequently, the relevant ministries and agencies will receive instructions to ensure the proper and timely execution of this plan.
