On May 27, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Sergiy Kyslytsya met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Ukraine, Mr. Mustafa Levent Bilgen.

Sergiy Kyslytsya emphasized the importance of Türkiye's consistent position in the context of the ongoing Russian armed aggression, particularly regarding the territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.

The interlocutors discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation as well as matters on the international agenda.

Special attention was given to the outcomes of the meeting between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations held in Istanbul on May 16. The diplomats exchanged views on the prospects for the peace process.
