Ukraine joins the group of countries, which have condemned North Korea's missile launch using ballistic technologies conducted on 21 November 2023.

Use by the DPRK of ballistic technology in missile launches as well as the continuation of the North Korea's missile and nuclear programs are a direct violation of multiple UN Security Council resolutions.

Any activities that pace a treat to the peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and in the world must be immediately halted.

The international community must strengthen the efforts to put pressure on Pyongyang in order to maintain the rules-based international order and ensure stability and security on the Korean Peninsula.

Ukraine also calls on the international community to respond resolutely to the actions of the Russian Federation, which provides assistance to the North Korean regime in the development of prohibited programs and grossly violates the norms of international law and relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council.
