On December, 4, Deputy Minister Yevhen Perebyinis took part in the International Conference of the Stockholm Institute for Transition Economies: “Forging a road to a brighter future: The path of Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia to European Union membership”.
Opening the event with his online address, Yevhen Perebyinis introduced the audience to the origins of Ukraine’s European choice, emphasizing the organic nature of Ukraine’s membership in the European community. He also informed about Ukraine’s movement towards membership in the European Union, including the current status of the negotiation process with the EU and its prospects.
Moreover, Yevhen Perebyinis noted that Ukraine’s accession to the EU is mutually beneficial for both the EU and Ukraine, since Ukraine has significant potential in many areas to strengthen and develop the potential of the European Union.
