On September 1, Yevhen Perebyinis, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, held a meeting with Peter Ericson, the Head of the Department for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Johan Frisell, the Head of the Security Policy Department at the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Yevhen Perebyinis expressed gratitude to Sweden for its robust military support of Ukraine and for the exceptional solidarity demonstrated by the Swedish people towards our nation.

The discussion covered a wide range of issues, including the implementation of agreements reached during the recent visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Sweden, as well as joint initiatives to promote close and fruitful cooperation between our countries.

Peter Ericson and Johan Frisell reiterated Sweden's strong support for Ukraine's full membership in the EU and NATO and expressed Sweden's readiness to participate in the implementation of President Zelenskyy's Peace Formula.
