On September 7, Deputy Foreign Minister Yevhen Perebyinis met with Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine Bartosz Cichocki. The parties discussed a range of bilateral issues, conducting joint events, as well as deepening cooperation on all topical issues of Ukrainian-Polish relations.

The special attention was paid to the situation with queues of cargo vehicles at the control checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border.

The Ambassador Bartosz Cichocki informed on the measures taken by the Polish side to resolve this problem. It was agreed to urgently establish a practical close interaction between relevant authorities of two countries in order to reduce traffic jams on the border.
