On January 17, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Yevhen Perebyinis held an online conversation with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Mantas Adomenas.

Yevhen Perebyinis expressed his gratitude for Lithuania's support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as the provision of comprehensive assistance to our state.

The parties discussed issues of interaction within the framework of the Lublin Triangle and joint steps of the foreign ministries of the two states with the aim of implementing the agreements reached as a result of the meeting of the presidents of Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland on January 11, 2023 in Lviv.

Yevhen Perebyinis and Mantas Adomenas paid special attention to the importance of Vilnius' involvement in the implementation of the Peace Formula initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The interlocutors also discussed further support for Ukraine on its path to the EU and NATO membership, increasing pressure on the Russian Federation, as well as mechanisms of bringing Russia to international responsibility for the crime of it`s aggression against Ukraine.
