We congratulate Azerbaijan and Armenia on the conclusion of negotiations on the text of the Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations.

We consider the successful completion of the negotiations as an important stage on the path to establishing a just and lasting peace in the South Caucasus.

Ukraine supports the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia and will welcome the signing of this important agreement in the near future.
