The Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Turkey Kostyantyn Gryshchenko and Ahmed Davutoğlu, in the presence of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, signed the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Establishment of Visa-Free Regime.

The agreement provides for visa-free entry, exit, transit and stay of the citizens of one Party in the territory of another Party on the basis of valid travel documents, specified in the Appendix to this Agreement, provided that their period of continuous stay does not exceed 30 days since the date of entry. The total duration of their stay in the territory of another Party shall not exceed 90 days within each period of 180 days.
