The Minister congratulated the newly appointed Ambassador of France on commencement of his diplomatic mission to Ukraine and wished him success.

Both sides discussed the agenda of the Ukrainian-French bilateral relations and prospects of their further development.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister paid particular attention to the issues of preparation for the Ukraine - EU Summit on December 19, 2011, as well as to the French assistance in releasing of Ukrainian citizens, detained in Libya.
