On 11 June 2010 Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Kostyantyn Gryshchenko met with Francis Gurry, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Both sides expressed their appreciation of the level of cooperation existing between Ukraine and the WIPO in the field of protection of intellectual property rights and expressed their interest in deepening it. They also agreed that the forthcoming visit of F.Gurry to our country upon the invitation of the Government of Ukraine will be an important step in this direction. In light of this, they discussed issues of the visit’s agenda.
