In her speech at the second plenary panel “Different perspectives and partner coordination: Big, small and/or new donors” N.Galibarenko outlined the main problems Ukraine facing today while defending not only its own sovereignty and territorial integrity, but also basic values of democratic Europe. Western solidarity with Ukraine in countering external military aggression was underlined.

Galibarenko stressed that Ukraine needs increased political, economic-financial and expert assistance of the democratic world.

In the margins of the Croatian Forum First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also held a number of bilateral meetings.
