During the meeting N.Galibarenko and I.Dumont discussed the situation in the East of Ukraine stressing upon importance of implementation of the Minsk agreements by the Russian Federation.

In this context N.Galibarenko underlined the role of France on support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. I.Dumont confirmed readiness of France for further playing key role in the Normandy Format and supported prolongation of the EU sanction policy against Russia, as well as assured that the issue of Crimea remains on the agenda of the French policy.

The Sides expressed mutual interest in development of the active political dialogue at the highest level and implementation of the provisions of the Joint Declaration signed by the President of Ukraine P.Poroshenko and President of the French Republic F.Holland in Paris April 22, 2015.

The Sides also discussed practical measures on holding the Investment Forum in the nearest future in Paris.
