Martin Hagström stressed unchanged policy of Sweden with regard to the support of Ukraine in facing internal and external challenges. Especially, he underlined readiness of Sweden to render assistance in realization of system reforms in Ukraine.

Both sides spoke for deepening cooperation in the framework of the international organizations, in particular taking into account recent election of Sweden as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council for the period of 2017-2018. Also sides exchanged with their thoughts regarding further prospects of the “Eastern Partnership” initiative.

Swedish side expressed its readiness to share its experience in the process of the preparation of Ukraine to holding “Eurovision” song contest in 2017.
