In the framework of the 53rd Munich Security Conference Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin met with Minister of Foreign of Sweden Margot Wallström.

The Ministers focused their attention on the Russian provocations in Avdiyivka and on the ways to settle a situation in Donbas.

The Ministers discussed Ukraine-Sweden cooperation in the UN Security Council, as Ukraine currently holds the UNSC presidency.

Margot Wallström assured his Ukrainian colleague of the consistent further support of Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty. Sweden will further resolutely condemn Russia's aggression against Ukraine and will spare no effort to keep unity among the EU Member States in condemnation of the Kremlin’s aggressive policy.
