On August 23, 2011 Deputy Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin received the copies of Credentials form the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Israel to Ukraine Reuven Din El.

The Sides discussed the current issues on the Ukrainian-Israeli agenda, the plans of political contacts for the nearest future, particularly in the context of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the two states.

Deputy Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin welcomed Ambassador Reuven Din El with the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine at the head of the Embassy of the State of Israel and wished him every success in the advancement of the Ukrainian-Israeli relations.
