There are multiple casualties, including children, as a result of Russian strikes in the city and across Ukraine.

Such brutal attacks demonstrate the urgency of strengthening Ukraine’s air defense, raising the cost of war for the aggressor through increased pressure, and additional energy assistance to overcome Russian winter terror".
