Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I had a substantive call with Foreign Minister of the State of Kuwait H.E. Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya. 

I informed my colleague about the situation in Ukraine’s energy system after Russia’s massive attacks. I underlined that support of our international partners is vital to assist Ukrainian people through this harsh winter season. 

We discussed ways to enhance our cooperation and realize the full potential of our bilateral relations. 

I congratulated my colleague on the success of Kuwait’s diplomacy in coordinating regional policies during the Gulf Cooperation Council Presidency last year.

I also invited the Kuwaiti Minister to visit Ukraine".
