Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I’m glad to continue our dialogue with my Singaporean counterpart Vivian Balakrishnan during today's phone call. 

I briefed him on the latest developments on the battlefield and the situation in Ukraine's energy sector amid Russia's continued attacks on our critical energy infrastructure ahead of winter. 

We discussed prospects for strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between Ukraine and ASEAN. With Singapore set to assume the ASEAN Chairmanship, we look forward to deepening Ukraine's engagement with the region and advancing practical cooperation within this important framework. 

I invited my colleague to visit Ukraine and agreed to maintain our active dialogue to further develop our bilateral partnership.
